Dual Empowerment through Theory and Practice! The Second Batch of Trainees from BAOWU RESOURCES CO., LTD. Baixiangshan Mine Successfully Completed FL105 LHD Specialized Training

Recently, the second batch of trainees from BAOWU RESOURCES CO., LTD. Baixiangshan Mine successfully completed the FL105 LHD specialized training program at Fambition. The five-day, 40-hour program adopted a diversified format combining factory visits, classroom lectures, and hands-on practice, enabling participants to systematically master equipment operation and maintenance skills and laying a solid foundation for the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment.

Comprehensive Training Approach with Rigorous Content

Factory Study Tour: On the first day, trainees visited Fambition’s assembly and remanufacturing workshops, gaining in-depth insights into the complete production process. From structural component fabrication and hydraulic/electrical system assembly to parts repair and overhaul testing, participants experienced the full lifecycle of equipment—from manufacturing to maintenance.

Theoretical Foundation: Over the following three days, classroom sessions focused on core technologies, covering hydraulic system principles, electrical component distribution, and power transmission mechanisms. The curriculum also addressed equipment operating standards, daily maintenance essentials, and case studies of typical faults. In addition, dedicated modules on auxiliary systems—such as air conditioning and fire protection—were provided to strengthen participants’ overall technical competence.

Practical Training: On the final day, outdoor sessions enabled trainees to perform safety device identification, vehicle start-up inspections, and recognition of hydraulic and electrical components, as well as operate the LHD in both manual and automatic modes for loading and dumping tasks. This effective integration of theory and practice ensured genuine knowledge application.

To guarantee training effectiveness, Fambition implemented strict management throughout the program: standardized learning materials and protective equipment were provided; daily attendance was enforced; and final theoretical tests plus comprehensive evaluations (covering both theory and practice) were conducted to thoroughly assess learning outcomes.
