FAMBITION Heavy Machinery ISO9001-2015 Quality System Standard Training

From June 13th to 14th, 2020, FAMBITION Heavy Machinery invited professional lecturers from China Quality Certification Center (CQC) to conduct a 2-day ISO9001-2015 version of the quality system standard for the company management and quality managers of various departments. This training allows everyone to understand the changes and requirements of the new standard thoroughly.

The experts explained the operating details of the organizational environment, leadership, planning, support, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement in the ISO9001 quality management system, and gave practical suggestions for the implementation, management, and application of the enterprise.

Through theoretical study, case sharing and classroom interaction and discussion, everyone deeply understood the relevant requirements of the new version of the quality management system and the focuses of the relevant requirements. In the case that how to identify the input and output, how to sort out the process, the experts gave an in-depth explanation and actual combat exercises.
