As the Spring Festival holiday concludes, FAMBITION has fully resumed operations. On the first day back, the company launched the “First Lesson of the Year,” focusing on safety production and quality management, and outlining the work direction for the year ahead.
The session was delivered by key on-site leaders, the Safety Director, and the Quality Director. Drawing on years of practical experience, they used vivid case studies and detailed data to provide all employees with an impactful safety education class.
Safety — Begin in Mind, Act in Practice
Refocus and Return to Work, Starting from the Heart
At the start of the session, the Safety Director addressed a critical issue for post-holiday resumption: “refocusing the mind.” He noted that the relaxation of the holiday may leave employees still immersed in the festive mood, yet the production site tolerates no lapses. By showing videos of typical accidents, the stark scenes left a strong impression, providing a visual and emotional shock that quickly restored the “safety first” mindset, tightening the “thought valve” for the year ahead.
Solidify Responsibility, Build a Strong Safety Line
Safety production is a systematic endeavor requiring full participation. During the lesson, the company reiterated safety responsibilities at all levels: department heads must integrate safety work with production planning and execution; safety managers must intensify inspections and boldly enforce standards; and every employee must take personal responsibility and strictly follow regulations. Only when everyone is a firm link in the safety chain can the company’s overall goal of “zero incidents in 2026” move from vision to reality.
Quality — Uphold Rigor, Prioritize Execution
The Quality Director, Wang Quan, delivered a motivational speech centered on “reinforcing standards, controlling details, and assuming responsibility.” He highlighted that post-holiday periods are often high-risk for quality issues, urging all employees to switch quickly to work mode, treat quality with the same diligence as safety, and keep “pursuit of excellence” as the core objective.
Following the motivational session, the Quality Department led by example, going directly to the production line to work alongside operators. They strictly adhered to procedures, carefully inspected each process, and actively implemented the principle of “do not create, accept, or pass on defects,” preventing quality issues at the source and ensuring stable and reliable production quality.
Safety is the cornerstone of production, and quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise. The “First Lesson of the Year” was not only a session to refocus employees but also a mobilization and work deployment meeting. Through the dual emphasis on safety and quality, the session unified minds, clarified responsibilities, and deeply instilled the principle that “safety first, quality as the foundation.”
As the new year begins, FAMBITION will take this initiative as an opportunity to implement the “Double-Zero Quality Strategy,” deepen quality management, and leverage outstanding product quality to capture the market and continue its legacy of excellence.
