To continuously strengthen the technical service capabilities of our overseas partners and enhance the operational and maintenance levels of core mining equipment abroad, FAMBITION conducted a specialized skills training program for overseas engineers. The training focused on four key areas: equipment operation, maintenance standards, core principles, and product upgrades. It combined theoretical instruction, hands-on troubleshooting, and on-site practical teaching, covering essential modules such as hydraulic, braking, and transmission systems, as well as electrical principles and equipment operation. Participants also benefited from factory tours and product briefings, ensuring a deep integration of theory and practice, and significantly improving their hands-on operational and troubleshooting abilities.
The four-day training was structured progressively with clear priorities. It began with a visit to the R&D center to establish an overall understanding of the equipment, followed by basic maintenance and hydraulic system practice. It then moved into in-depth instruction on hydraulic, braking, and transmission system principles and troubleshooting, standardized operational procedures, and guidance on after-sales claims and vehicle operation. Subsequently, the focus shifted to electrical systems, including schematic reading, fault diagnosis, and hands-on training with new equipment. The program concluded with a factory tour to observe production processes, explanations of equipment upgrades, and reinforcement of practical skills, completing a full technical learning loop.
At the end of the training, FAMBITION conducted a comprehensive assessment covering theoretical knowledge, system principles, and practical exercises. Participants independently explained core system functions, performed operational tasks, calibrated displays, and handled controller adjustments, demonstrating strong professional competence. After rigorous evaluation, all participants successfully passed the assessment and were awarded training certificates.
This training established a complete framework: R&D awareness – basic maintenance – system instruction – hands-on operation – production observation – performance evaluation, covering mechanical, electrical, operational, maintenance, after-sales, and production core areas. It solidified the theoretical foundation of the overseas team, standardized operational procedures through practical instruction, and ensured full technical coverage of both new and existing equipment.
