   On February 25, 2026, FAMBITION Marketing Center officially launched its “2026 Annual Closed Training for All Staff.” Full of anticipation and energy for the new year, all marketing personnel gathered together with the mindset of “the start is the battle,” embarking on a seven-day intensive learning journey to charge toward the year’s goals with full force.

    On the first day of training, Chairman Ning Xiaofeng attended in person and delivered an important speech. From the strategic perspective of the company, Chairman Ning provided an in-depth analysis of the current industry landscape and market opportunities, urging all marketing personnel to fully dedicate themselves to the training. He emphasized: “I hope everyone cherishes this training opportunity, cherishes your learning time at FAMBITION, and cherishes the learning opportunities this great era provides. In a rapidly changing market, only through continuous learning and ongoing evolution can we maintain our competitiveness.     Following this, General Manager Susan delivered the “2025 Marketing Center Work Summary,” reviewing the past year’s achievements and highlights with detailed data and vivid cases. She also conducted an in-depth analysis of areas for improvement, providing clear direction for 2026.

    Vice General Manager Yang Bo then presented the “2026 Marketing Center Key Work Plan.” From the four dimensions of market layout, product strategy, team building, and risk management, he systematically outlined the blueprint for the new year. He stressed: “2026 is the company’s ‘Year of Focused Breakthrough.’ We must precisely target key markets, increase resource investment, and expand our regional presence; strengthen team building to develop a professional, high-quality talent pool; establish robust risk early-warning mechanisms, reinforce financial control, and comprehensively improve project management quality.”

    Witnessed by Chairman Ning, GM Susan, and VP Yang, leaders from each business region and department of the Marketing Center stepped onto the stage to solemnly sign the 2026 Military Orders. These documents represent not only responsibility and accountability but also a solemn commitment to the year’s goals. The marketing team will embrace the momentum of “galloping horses,” the sharpness of “leading the charge,” and the drive of “spurring the steeds,” carrying forward the Dragon Horse Spirit to ensure the year’s targets are fully achieved.
