To strengthen talent pipelines, consolidate grassroots management capabilities, and systematically cultivate high-potential future managers, FAMBITION has officially launched the “Hidden Dragon Program,” a high-potential talent development initiative. A total of 62 high-potential participants gathered for the inaugural course, “Transitioning into a Managerial Role,” which successfully commenced.
The program, hosted by the Human Resources Department, spans a 3-month full-cycle training period and aims to build a grassroots management team that understands the business, excels in leadership, and embraces the company culture. On the opening day, all participants carefully reviewed the training guidelines, took a solemn pledge, and engaged in the program with full commitment.
The first course focuses on the managerial role transition and key business competencies. Covering four dimensions—management responsibilities, competency models, time management, and problem-solving—the program helps participants shift from a purely operational mindset to a systematic management perspective.
The course guides participants through a core transformation: moving from working individually to managing business, leading teams, and developing themselves, completing the shift from specialist to supervisor mindset. Tools such as the Iceberg Model and Competency Balance Wheel help participants identify growth areas and fill skill gaps; practical methods including the TDL task list, Eisenhower Matrix, and Fishbone Root Cause Analysis enhance time management and problem-solving capabilities, enabling a transition from reactive busyness to proactive control.
In the classroom, participants actively engage in group discussions, interactive exercises, post-training assignments, and assessments, translating theoretical knowledge into practical skills and effectively enhancing management competence.
The subsequent 12-week progressive curriculum will continue to empower participants, covering role awareness, business fundamentals, cross-department collaboration, advanced management, and practical application. Mechanisms such as point-based assessments, post-training follow-ups, and recognition incentives ensure real capability growth.
