As a key platform for developing young talent, the 2026 Young Talent Development Program features a structured 2+7+30 development pathway, supported by one-on-one mentorship, comprehensive cross-functional training, hands-on rotations across business functions, and standardized review and evaluation. Through workshops, business simulations, and cross-department collaboration activities, the program breaks down information barriers and helps graduates make a smooth transition from campus to the workplace.
