The 2025 Talent Program Successfully Concludes

    Recently, FAMBITION’s 2025 Talent Program successfully concluded. Launched in September 2025, the five-month program saw 56 mid- and junior-level managers from various centers and subsidiaries complete over 30 hours of learning across 14 courses, achieving comprehensive growth from mindset to capability. While the 2025 Talent Program has officially ended, the new journey for FAMBITION’s core workforce has just begun.

    Looking back on five months of systematic development, the program started with “Structured Thinking” to build logical foundations, progressed to “Decoding Strategic Goals & Achieving Management Consensus” for practical strategy implementation, covered “Stress Management & Psychological Capital Development” to strengthen resilience, and advanced to “Leadership System Development” to enhance influence. It also included “Budget Analysis, Preparation & Formulation” for financial empowerment and “Organizational Capability Triangles” to boost organizational effectiveness.

    The 2025 Talent Program established a comprehensive curriculum matrix covering nine core capabilities: innovative thinking, strategic management, goal management, stress resilience, planning, leadership, talent development, business growth, and organizational capability. Through a blended learning approach of online and offline sessions, post-class action plans, and assessments, each participant completed a full cycle from knowledge input to capability output, enabling them to transition from managing individuals to activating teams, and ultimately fostering a sustainable talent pipeline and organizational capacity.

    We recognize that middle managers are the backbone of the enterprise, shouldering the critical mission of connecting leadership with execution. The transition from individual contributor to team leader is never a simple promotion—it requires a systematic reshaping of mindset, work methods, and skill sets.

    Over the past five months, the learning process has been more than knowledge accumulation—it has shaped collective memory. We witnessed participants transform from “working alone” to “collaborative co-creation,” from “position-based empowerment” to “organizational capability enhancement,” and we are seeing the rise of professional managers who deeply understand FAMBITION’s values, possess advanced management concepts, and are proficient in business operations. As intended at the outset of the program, the goal is to develop every middle manager into a cornerstone of the company’s growth: capable of executing strategy while energizing their teams to drive continuous organizational progress.

    From platform building to individual growth, from position-based empowerment to organizational capability enhancement, from solo execution to the cultivation of collective memory, the Talent Program has consistently supported the development of FAMBITION’s middle management. In 2026, we will continue to deepen talent development, iterate the curriculum, and make the Talent Program a cradle for even more core talent.
