In this golden autumn season of growth and renewal, the “Fambition Talent Program” for middle management officially commenced on October 16th in the 7th-floor conference room of Fambition Heavy Machinery. A total of 44 mid-level management backbones gathered both online and offline, carrying with them a passion for growth and a deep sense of responsibility, embarking on a five-month journey of systematic development.
At the opening ceremony, General Manager Susan Ma delivered a keynote speech centered on “Inheriting the Past and Empowering the Future through Strategic Readiness.” She elaborated on the deeper significance of the Talent Program and reviewed Fambition’s development journey—from the launch of its first load-haul-dump (LHD) machine 12 years ago to standing shoulder to shoulder with world-class brands today. Behind these achievements, she emphasized, lies the crucial contribution of every mid-level manager, the “drive shafts” and “navigators” of the company.
Regarding the Talent Program, Susan Ma clearly defined its core goals: to break through the “barriers of cognition, path, and capability.” Through systematic training, the program aims to cultivate managers who understand strategy, business, and management, while being strong in execution, innovation, and team leadership. She encouraged participants to “turn the blade inward and embrace self-revolution.” Balancing work and study, they should not only learn theory and practice execution, but also lead their teams to grow together—becoming the true pillars of Fambition’s long-term development.
Following the opening ceremony, Supervisor Zhang Renbin delivered the first thematic lecture on “Structured Thinking,” providing participants with a practical and insightful start to the program. This inaugural session served as a bridge between theory and practice, laying a solid foundation for upcoming modules on strategic leadership and business management.
As an A-level talent development initiative, the Talent Program represents a key transformation project in Fambition’s 2025–2026 training strategy roadmap. It embodies the company’s vision of “building a domestically leading and internationally renowned brand for underground mining equipment.” The program adopts a closed-loop design of “Learn–Practice–Apply–Evaluate,” combining classroom instruction, case sharing, and knowledge co-creation. Each participant will have a personal “Talent Profile” assessed across six dimensions—class performance, points accumulation, assignment completion, reading progress, action plan implementation, and mentor evaluation. These results will be visualized in a “Learner Radar Chart,” making growth both measurable and traceable, and forming the basis for future development plans.
As Susan Ma aptly stated: “Twelve years ago, Fambition started with a group of people sharing one heart. Twelve years later, we aim to move forward with a group of excellent people doing the right things together.”
This five-month development journey will not only elevate the individual capabilities of participants but also help Fambition Heavy Machinery build a highly aligned, highly committed, and high-performing middle management team—injecting even greater momentum into the company’s leadership in the mining machinery industry.
