On November 7, 2025, Fambition Heavy Machinery successfully held the “Eagle Program” 2025 New Graduate Symposium. Thirteen new employees from the Marketing Center and R&D Center gathered with company leaders to share their growth, insights, and aspirations, marking a successful conclusion to their three-month onboarding and training journey.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Fu, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a keynote speech. He reminded the new employees: “Avoid survivor bias, develop systematic thinking, and learn to take initiative. As the saying goes, ‘A prime minister must rise from humble beginnings; a great general must emerge from the ranks.’ Work diligently, take one step at a time, and avoid aiming too high too soon. Communicate openly and honestly, don’t fear challenges—embrace them as opportunities for growth.” His speech not only encouraged the new hires but also pointed them toward a clear direction for future development.
During the open discussion that followed, several new employees shared their experiences. A newcomer from the Marketing Center talked about overcoming the initial nervousness of facing clients and eventually being able to introduce products confidently—an experience that improved communication skills and deepened their understanding of how market demands shape company strategy. A new colleague from the R&D Center shared how they tackled technical difficulties through research and mentorship, learning the value of teamwork and innovative thinking.
Throughout the exchange, the new employees proposed practical suggestions and spoke about their career goals, showing initiative and a proactive mindset. Many expressed their gratitude for the company’s growth platform and pledged to keep learning, contributing youthful energy and fresh ideas to Fambition’s continued success.
Leaders at the meeting also offered valuable advice and encouragement. R&D Center department heads and Ms. Minghui Lu from the Business Department commended the new employees for quickly adapting to their roles and for their eagerness to learn. They encouraged everyone to maintain their drive and dedication, to keep improving, and to become independent professionals capable of making significant contributions.
Ms. Li, HR Manager, spoke on the transition from “student” to “professional,” using employment and salary data to spark deeper reflection. She urged the new hires: “Break free from information bubbles—don’t get lost in video games or entertainment content. Keep learning, stay alert to industry trends, and embrace change. Plan your career path early and build your own core strengths and competitive edge in an increasingly competitive world.”
Mr. Guo, from the Quality and Technical Center, offered practical advice: “Find your rhythm at work, continuously enhance your learning ability and industry awareness. Focus on communication, details, and sensitivity. Stay curious—study deeply, broaden your knowledge, and improve the depth and precision of your thinking. Take full advantage of company training resources to grow and become a new force for Fambition.”
As a strategic talent development program, the “Eagle Program” adopts a “7-2-1” training model paired with a dual-mentor system—combining a business mentor and a growth mentor. The program helps new employees strengthen their foundations through theoretical learning, enhance their skills through hands-on practice, and broaden their perspectives through cross-departmental exchanges. From corporate culture integration and general workplace skills training to specialized business knowledge and practical job training, the program provides comprehensive support for a smooth transition from “campus life” to “professional career.”
This symposium was not only a heartfelt exchange but also a moment of renewed motivation. Moving forward, Fambition Heavy Machinery will continue to refine the “Eagle Program,” strengthen its talent development and retention systems, and provide every aspiring young professional with a platform to thrive and a clear career path to follow. May all our “young eagles,” carrying both leadership’s expectations and their own passion, soar high on the fertile ground of Fambition—striving forward with youthful energy and dedication, and together writing a new chapter of high-quality growth.
